Hi, I’m Kimberly Bennett, State Broker at Fidicity Realty. 

I bring over 15 years of experience in property management and real estate, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals.

I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, but moved to Florida 14 years ago, where I’ve built my career with dedication, expertise, and a love for the industry. Along the way, I’ve also enjoyed flipping houses and investment projects — combining market knowledge with an eye for opportunity.

Outside of real estate, I’m a foodie and avid traveler who still proudly cheers on my Cleveland sports teams. Most importantly, I’m a proud mom to my 2.5-year-old daughter and share my life with a dog and two cats. Family and balance mean everything to me, and I carry those values into my work every day.
